The Minister of MOLIT, if necessary for protecting consumers, may recommend that the vehicle manufacturer, etc. should take necessary measures such as warranty repair in accordance with the deliberations/resolutions made by the vehicle safety/defect deliberation committee on the matters* related to manufacturing defects.
