Promulgation of the Enforcement Ordinance of Atmospheric Environment Preservation Act (2021.6.29)

The manufacturers will be subject to the order of replacement, refund and repurchase of vehicles as specified, if failing to fulfill the order of replacement or rectification, or if deemed that the defect cannot be rectified under Article 50 (Emission test), Article 51 (In-use vehicle compliance test and rectification of defect), and Article 53 (Reporting component defect and its rectification).
