The Regulations was promulgated aiming to improve and clarify the evaluation criteria for each vehicle type to determine the vehicles subject to the EV subsidy and loan, thereby making the evaluation more reasonable and appropriate.
- Revise and specify the evaluation criteria for each vehicle type
- Specify the criteria up to 2024 for cold-temp driving range on a full charge
