The promulgated Enforcement Ordinance of MVCA specifies detailed requirements in accordance with the MVCA promulgated on April 13, 2021. This aims to grant a temporary driving permit to a vehicle used for sales promotion and also to specify the penalty for failing to rectify a defect on vehicles prior to sales and to notify the consumer of the defect rectified.
