Revision Draft of Enforcement Regulations for the Act on the Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources

The manufacturer or importer of product or packaging material defined by the Presidential Ordinance should collect and recycle the waste generated from the product or packaging material. This revision specifies the manufacturer’s duty of collecting and recycling the plastic waste in addition to existing items.
