NVCA (Noise and Vibration Control Act) Bill proposal

The Enforcement Regulations of NVCA specifies the exhaust standard of 100 ~ 105dB for in-use vehicles (passenger car). However, the social complaints caused by exhaust noise have significantly increased in the residential area. In the US or Japan, the exhaust noise standards have been reasonably adjusted (Japan : 96dB, US : 99 dB). To solve the issue and improve the quality of life of the resident, it is required for establishing in-use vehicle noise standard for residential areas.
