Revision draft of Enforcement Regulations for Act for the Safety Control of Consumer Chemical Products and Biocides (2021.06)

If the consumer chemical product subjected to safety check contains any biocidal substance, the applicant for the safety check should submit documents supporting that the applicable biocidal substance has already been approved or granted the designated grace period as existing biocidal substances.
