Under the Enforcement Ordinance, the manufacturer or importer of product or packaging material must collect and recycle the waste generated from the product or packaging material. The revision includes as follows:
- Add new items to the mandatory recycling list;
- Vehicle products: bumper, undercover, etc. for after-sales service which are made of synthetic resin
- Specify the standard recycling cost for the vehicle products above: 527 won/kg
