The revision specifies that the manufacturer or importer of chemical substances may not submit the part of data upon registration if manufacturing/importing polymers or if having already submitted the applicable data for the approval of biocidal substance. In addition, it improves the implementation system to collect the stakeholders’ opinions on the result of hazard assessment.
