The Act for promotion for eco-friendly vehicles’ supply and development was promulgated on 27 July 2021 aiming to foster the industry through support for eco-friendly vehicle-related companies*, create large-scale demand through the purchase target system, and improve charging convenience. This revision draft of the Enforcement Ordinance details the relevant requirements in line with the Act.
“Eco-friendly vehicle-related company” means the one which engages in the businesses related to eco-friendly vehicles;
- a company which manufactures and assembles eco-friendly vehicles or parts
- a company which produces eco-friendly vehicle charging facilities or hydrogen fuel supply facilities, or provides services for installation and operation of the facilities
- a company which meets the qualification specified by the Presidential Ordinance
