The Ministry of Environment has presented a revision draft for the Regulation for FE and GHG Emission Standards and seeks manufacutrers’ comments. This draft aims to provide clarity on the procedures for submitting and verifying performance data. Additionally, the revision establishes specific guidelines for carrying over, trading, and offsetting the target performance.
- Establish a system in KENCIS for submitting performance data and trading credits (Article 8)
- Manage performance data in the KENCIS system such as carryover, trading, offset, and debit status (including issuance of performance status certificates) (Article 8-2)
