Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement for Newsletter

This is the Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement for the HI Consulting Newsletter.
HI Consulting (referred to as “the Company”) collects and uses your personal information as follows for the purpose of sending the HI Consulting Newsletter.

1. Personal Information Collected
• Email address, record of receiving and opening HI Consulting Newsletter

2. Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use
• Sending the HI Consulting Newsletter, delivering promotional information including events

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
• The collected information will be retained and utilized until the end of the HI Consulting Newsletter service or until the point of refusal to receive it. After the purpose of collection and use is achieved or upon the user’s request for withdrawal of consent, the information will be promptly destroyed. (However, in cases where there are separate regulations under relevant laws, the information will be retained in accordance with those laws.)

4. Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences of Refusal
• You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, if you do not consent, you will not be able to use the service.
